Adv. Nimiya Feroz is a Junior Associate at the Artis Law House office in Kochi. She holds a B.Com LL.B. (Hons.) degree from the School of Legal Studies, Cochin University of Science and Technology, and is enrolled with the Bar Council of Kerala.

She has developed a strong academic foundation in law and gained practical exposure through internships and research-oriented assignments in areas including Intellectual Property Laws, civil matters, legal drafting, and documentation. Her professional training has helped her build skills in legal research, case analysis, and the preparation of legal documents.

At Artis Law House, she is presently in the learning and development phase of her career and assists the associates and senior professionals in various litigation, advisory, and documentation-related assignments. She continues to strengthen her practical understanding of legal practice through active involvement in the firm’s matters and research work.

Advocate Sreejith is a Junior Associate at the Artis Law House office in Kochi, where he is involved in specialized legal assignments across corporate, finance, taxation, and commercial law matters. Holding a B.Com degree with specialization in Taxation, he has developed a strong interest in Corporate Laws, Financial Regulations, and Taxation-related legal frameworks.

He has gained practical exposure through internships at institutions and offices including the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal, Infopark, the DSGI Office at the Kerala High Court, and under experienced legal professionals. These experiences helped him build foundational skills in legal drafting, research, documentation, and client coordination.

At Artis Law House, he assists the firm in handling research-oriented and specialized assignments while continuing to strengthen his practical understanding of corporate and commercial legal practice. He is also academically inclined and has presented research work at a National Seminar, reflecting his continued interest in legal developments and professional growth.

Adv Prem Harshan V.G. is a Junior Associate at Artis Law House, where he is presently in the learning and development phase of his legal career. Based in Thiruvananthapuram, he assists the firm’s associates in various legal and documentation-related assignments across corporate, commercial, and insolvency matters.

He graduated from Mar Gregorios College of Law, affiliated with the University of Kerala, and is enrolled with the Bar Council of Kerala. During his academic journey, he gained initial exposure to legal practice through internships and research-oriented activities.

At the firm, he supports the team in legal research, preparation of drafts, case compilation, and review of documents under the guidance of senior professionals.

 

He is gradually building his practical exposure and professional skills while contributing to the firm’s litigation and advisory assignments with sincerity and commitment.

Kishor Kumar is a Junior Associate at Artis Law House, Thiruvananthapuram. A May 2025 graduate of the Government Law College, Thiruvananthapuram, he supports the firm's litigation and advisory practice, working alongside its partners and senior associates across a range of contentious and non-contentious matters.

Kishor holds a dual academic degree in Mathematics and Law. This combination gives him a distinctive perspective in legal practice. His mathematical training brings a structured, analytical approach to legal problems, whether he is sifting through complex facts, working with financial and numerical records, or building arguments that follow a clear logical sequence. This makes him well suited to matters where legal questions intersect with accounts, figures and detailed documentary evidence.

He also has technical skills in C, C++ and LaTeX. These strengthen his ability to handle documentation with precision and to work comfortably with technology-driven tools in legal research and drafting. 

 

At the firm, Kishor assists with legal research, drafting pleadings, petitions, opinions and written submissions, and preparing case briefs and supporting documentation. He approaches each assignment with diligence, close attention to detail and a commitment to thorough preparation.

Abhijith U is an Associate at Artis Law House, Thiruvananthapuram. He graduated with a B.A. LL.B. from Mar Gregorios College of Law, Thiruvananthapuram, in 2021 and is enrolled with the Bar Council of Kerala.

Abhijith has litigation experience before the High Court of Kerala, the National Company Law Tribunal, civil and criminal courts, and various tribunals. His practice spans criminal law, banking and financial laws, and insolvency under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016. He has particular depth in proceedings under the SARFAESI Act, debt recovery proceedings, and matters relating to CERSAI registrations and security interests.

Before joining Artis Law House, Abhijith served as Legal Advisor (on contract) at the Kerala Financial Corporation. There he gained first-hand exposure to the legal side of institutional lending: loan and security documentation, enforcement of security, recovery action, and the day-to-day legal questions that arise in a financial institution's operations. This background gives him a practical understanding of how lenders and borrowers approach disputes, which he brings to both advisory and contentious work.

Alongside litigation, Abhijith handles legal documentation and commercial matters, including drafting and reviewing agreements, security documents and transactional papers. At the firm, he works closely with the partners on banking, recovery and insolvency matters. He also assists in research, drafting pleadings and written submissions, and case preparation.

Abhijith brings a practical, detail-oriented approach to each matter, grounded in a working knowledge of both the courtroom and the lending institution.
